Pre-Treatment Safety Checklist
We cannot or may not perform Wrinkle treatments if you:
- Have a neuromuscular disorder.
- Have a known allergy or sensitivity to muscle-relaxing proteins or related prescription-only substances.
- Are sick or unwell with an active viral or bacterial infection?
- Are taking certain antibiotics that may affect the results.
- Recovering from eye, brow, facial, neck or other major surgery.
- Active cold sores, acne, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis are present in the treatment area.
- Are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Planning cosmetic eye/brow tattooing, brow waxing, lash extension, facial or lying face-down for a massage or other therapy 7 days after your treatment.
- Have unrealistic expectations or have a mental health condition that may affect your treatment decision-making.
- You are unwilling to return for a review if you are unhappy with your results or experience unwanted side effects after your relaxant treatment.

Pre-Treatment Safety Checklist
We cannot or may not perform your cosmetic treatment if you:
- Are sick or unwell with an active viral or bacterial infection.
- Had COVID or FLU within 2 weeks before your treatment.
- Plan on having your Flu-Vax, COVID or some other vaccines within two weeks before or two weeks after your treatment.
- Are taking antibiotics for any recent infection, including ear, nose, throat, gut or lungs.
- Have an active sinus infection or are currently experiencing hayfever symptoms.
- Have sensitive or broken skin, active cold sores, acne, eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis, open wounds, cuts, or grazes in or around the areas to be treated.
- Have been seriously unwell recently from any other medical condition or illness, or have a compromised immune system.
- Have a known sensitivity, allergy, history of granulomas, past infection or adverse reactions to any previously administered cosmetic treatments involving prescription-only substances.
- Had invasive dental work or surgery, i.e. tooth extraction, root canal or experienced dental infections or an abscess 6 weeks prior, or planning to have similar dental work within 2 weeks after this treatment.
- Please be aware that you will be asked to remove all makeup prior to any treatment where your skin will be penetrated with needles.
- Recently had waxing, cosmetic tattooing, laser or other heat or light therapy to the area.
- You recently underwent surgery on your eyes, brows, face, neck, or hands or are still recovering from other major surgery.
- You are planning cosmetic eye/brow/lip tattooing, brow, lip or facial waxing seven days after your treatment.
- Take blood thinning medication, i.e. nurofen, aspirin, fish oil, krill oil, warfarin.
- Have a special event or soon after this treatment, and/or don’t want potential swelling or bruising.
- Have unrealistic expectations or have a significant mental health condition that may affect your treatment decision-making.
- You are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You plan to travel overseas or to a remote or isolated area 2 weeks after your treatment.
- You are unwilling to return for a review if you are unhappy with your results or experience severe or unwanted side effects after your cosmetic treatment.

Pre-Treatment Safety Checklist
We cannot or may not perform your Skin Therapies treatment if you:
- Arrive with a suntan, sunburn, or a fake tan to the treated area.
- Have not had a skin check within the past 12 months if having LASER or IPL.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding and have not informed us beforehand.
- You are sick or unwell with an active viral or bacterial infection.
- Have sensitive or broken skin, active cold sores, acne, eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis, open wounds, cuts, or grazes in or around the areas to be treated.
- Had waxing or blading over or around the treatment area in the last 5 days.
- Have been seriously unwell recently from any other medical condition or illness, or have a compromised immune system.
- You are taking antibiotics for any recent infection, including acne, ear, nose, throat, dental, gut or lungs.
- Had recent eye, facial, neck, hand, or other major surgery to the area intended on being treated.
- Suffer from epilepsy, pyphoria or Systemic Lupus Erythematous if planning on having LASER or IPL.
- Have a Pacemaker and plan on having LASER, IPL, TIXEL or INFINI RF.
- Have a surgical metal implant in the treatment area if having LASER, IPL, TIXEL or INFINI RF.
- If you have a nickel or metal allergy, plan on having INFINI RF or TIXEL.
- Had a Co2 LASER in the last 6 months to the planned area for treatment.
- Have been taking Roaccutane/Accutane in the last 12 months.
- Have not discontinued using Vitamin A creams and serums 7 days before your treatment.
- Please be aware that you will be required to remove all your skincare, sunscreen, makeup or mascara from the treated area beforehand.
- Have a special event or wish to return home or to work without after-effects such as redness, swelling, needling or stamping marks, bruising, peeling or blotchy skin.
- Have unrealistic expectations or have a mental health condition that may affect your treatment decision-making.
- You are you planning to travel overseas or to a remote or isolated area immediately after your treatment, where we can not review or manage any unwanted after-effects.
- You are unwilling to return for a review if you are unhappy with your results or experience unwanted side effects after your skin treatment.

Our clinic is wheelchair accessible.
Four dedicated parking spots are provided at the rear of the clinic for your convenience, making access as seamless as possible.
If these parks are occupied, there is plenty of free parking on Thomas Street adjacent to the clinic.

Cancellation Policy
Our 24-hour cancellation policy protects appointment availability, whilst SMS reminders help you manage your bookings responsibly.
Professional Booking Protocol
Please appreciate that appointments are precious.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend or need to alter your booking.
You’ll be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment, to which you must respond to let us know of your attendance. This reminder is a courtesy; it does not remove your responsibility to honour your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours on more than two occasions, you must pay a $50 deposit to secure any future bookings with us.
This deposit will be forfeited if any future cancellations fall within 24 hours of your appointment time or in the case of ANY no-show appointments.
