We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend or need to alter your booking.
You’ll receive an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy; it does not relieve your responsibility to honour your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours on more than two occasions, you must pay a $50 deposit for all future bookings.
This deposit will be forfeited if any future cancellations fall within 24 hours of your appointment.
