The Cosmetic Studio Noosa is the Sunshine Coast’s first nurse-owned and operated cosmetic clinic, recognised for clinical excellence, ethical and safe practice, and premium client care. We operate under a Medical Director model and deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in a bespoke, luxury yet relaxed setting. Our culture is collaborative, professional, and genuinely supportive.

About You

You are an experienced Aesthetic Nurse who is passionate about aesthetics and ongoing professional development. You’re confident, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, nurse-driven clinic. You’ll fit naturally into a respectful, fun, and high-performing team culture.

Benefits in Short

$38* – 65 per hour depending on experience & qualifications + commission + super + leave entitlements + ongoing in-house training + conferences + access to aesthetic treatments

3-4 days per week incl. 2 Saturdays pm till mid-May
4-5 days per week incl. 1 Saturday pm Maternity leave
Room to extend hours thereafter!

  • QLD Health Radiation Laser Licence
  • Can perform Laser or ILP Skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Experience skin treatments, i.e. Skin needling/boosting, RF, Medical Grade Peels
  • Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing

Essential

  • Current Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current First Aid Accreditation
  • Infection Control Accreditation
  • RN with a minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience
  • Minimum 6 months injecting experience with accredited training
  • Holds cosmetic nursing insurance (public liability + professional indemnity)
  • Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week, plus two Saturdays pm, until mid-May 2026. Then, 18 weeks Maternity Leave cover, 4-5 days per week & one Saturday pm.

The Role Responsibilities

Client Consultation. Liaise with the Supervising Medical Officer in accordance with the Medical Director Model for Assessment & Medical History and obtain a script at each S4 Treatment. Provide Treatment Plans, obtain Client Consent, perform Cosmetic Anti-Ageing Injectable Procedures & Skin Therapies, provide ongoing management & treatment of Clientele, conduct Client Review & Follow-Up, manage Adverse Reactions as per protocols, manage and engage in Product Sales, maintain Written & Photo Documentation & Record-Keeping, manage Daily Clinical Stocktake, undertake Continuing Education, attend Team Meetings, provide In-Clinic Marketing, provide Social Media & Advertising Input, and provide Holiday and Sick Relief where possible.
